DSSA – Strengthening digital infrastructure
Dian Swastatika Sentosa (DSSA) is strengthening its digital infrastructure through one of its business units, SM+, which plans to develop a data center following the groundbreaking of SMX01 in Jakarta's Central Business District on March 6, 2025. SMX01 is a collaboration between SM+ and Korea Investment Real Estate Management, valued at USD300 mn. The data center is scheduled to commence operations in 2H26, with a projected revenue of USD1 tn by 2030. SMX01 will cover an area of 15,500 m² and accommodate up to 2,400 racks spread across nine data halls. Its initial capacity is targeted at 18 MW, with the potential to increase up to 60 MW. The facility will also feature a liquid cooling system and multiple fiber-optic connections. (Source : Kontan)
