HATM - To purchase ships worth IDR400 bn Habco Trans Maritima (HATM) plans to purchase two bulk carrier ships, MV Habco Lyra and MV Habco Pegasus, worth IDR400 bn to seize opportunities in bulk commodity transportation. With this acquisition, HATM will gain an additional capacity of 90,000–100,000 tons, bringing its total capacity to 367,000 DWT across seven ships. HATM is also allocating IDR 100 bn for ship maintenance, including docking and refurbishment of five ships. To finance these needs, HATM plans to conduct a rights issue worth IDR537.6 bn.
