BUMI - Plans quasi-reorganization Bumi Resources (BUMI) will seek shareholder approval in its June 2, 2025 EGMS to conduct a quasi-reorganization. The plan aims to eliminate its USD2.3 bn retained earnings deficit (as of FY2024) by utilizing share premium. A similar proposal was withdrawn in mid-2024. (Source : Company)
