JSMR – To distribute dividend worth IDR1.13 tn Jasa Marga (JSMR) will distribute a dividend of IDR1.13 tn or IDR 156.23 per share (25% of 2024 net profit), based on the resolution of the General Meeting of Shareholders on May 7, 2025. Shareholders whose names are recorded as of May 21, 2025, will receive the dividend. Note that, JSMR recorded revenue of IDR18.73 tn (+20.32% yoy) and EBITDA of IDR12.62 tn (+27.30% yoy) in 2024. JSMR also posted an EBITDA margin of 67.38%, which was supported by the reconsolidation of three toll road sections—Batang-Semarang, Solo-Ngawi, and Ngawi-Kertosono—through a buyback of RDPT units in 2024.
