MEDC - First oil from Forel Field Medco Energi Internasional (MEDC) has commenced first oil lifting from the Forel Field at South Natuna Sea Block B, reaching 10,000 BOPD. Output is processed via the FPSO Marlin Natuna, Indonesia’s first domestically converted tanker. The Forel and Terubuk fields, inaugurated by President Prabowo on May 16, 2025, represent a USD600 mn investment and are expected to contribute up to 30,000 BOEPD. (Source : Kontan)
