Metropolitan Land (MTLA) reported total marketing sales of IDR755 bn as of May 2025, remaining on track to meet its 2025 target of IDR2 tn. According to Director Olivia Surodjo, housing sales were primarily driven by key projects benefiting from the Government’s 100% VAT discount, namely Metland Transyogi, Metland Cikarang, and Metland Cibitung.
