LPCK – Disburses IDR995 bn from rights issue
Lippo Cikarang (LPCK) reported the realization of proceeds from its rights issue, which raised IDR1.22 tn after deducting offering expenses of IDR4.42 bn. According to the July 11, 2025 disclosure, the funds were primarily allocated for a capital injection into its subsidiary, Megakreasi Cikarang Permai (MKCP), to support further participation in Mahkota Sentosa Utama, with IDR61.15 bn set aside for LPCK’s working capital. As of June 30, 2025, only IDR995 bn had been disbursed to MKCP, and none of the proceeds had been used for working capital. Consequently, IDR228.18 bn of the total funds remained unused.
