TPIA - JV with Glencore expands in Singapore Chandra Asri (TPIA), through its JV Aster Group with Glencore, expanded in Singapore by establishing Aster Engineering Service Pte. Ltd. and acquiring an 11.9% stake in Hiap Seng Industries.
